Mr. Motasim Billah (YP17-KP02), Mr. Ejaz Sarwar (YP21-PUNJAB04), Mr. Abdul Samad (YP16-KP06) would like to move the following resolution:

 
       
   

"This House is of the opinion that Ms. Aseela Shamim, the Deputy Speaker of the House, has failed to fulfill her duties in accordance with the responsibilities conferred to her. Therefore the House demands her removal and proposes electing new Deputy Speaker according to the rules and regulations."

 
       
   

CALLING ATTENTION NOTICES

 
       
  3.

Ms. Momna Naeem (YP31-PUNJAB14) would like to invite attention of the Youth Minister for Finance, Planning Affairs and Economics to a matter of urgent public importance regarding the implementation of risk reduction policies formulated by National Disaster Management Authority in order to be ready to face any kind of natural disaster.

 
       
  4.

Mr. Najam-u-Saqib (YP59-SINDH11) would like to invite the attention of Youth Minister for Interior, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs to the recent heinous act of rape with five years old girl in Lahore. It is the need of the hour to set on trial all those who are involved n this barbarous crime. Along with that steps must be taken for the instant treatment of the oppressed child.

"This House is of the opinion that Federal Government should take the Baloch nationalist on board before signing any developmental project agreement with an international community like Iran-Pak gas pipeline, Gawadar project and so on. By pursuing such meaningful approaches would work recovering the wounds of the aggrieved Baloch and also it will boost the economy up of the province, Balochistan in particular and the country in general."

Mr. Arsalan Ali (YP52-SINDH04), Mr. Ali Humayoun (YP58-SINDH10) would like the following resolution:

Ms. Momna Naeem (YP31-PUNJAB14), Mr. Muhammad Ejaz Sarwar (YP21-PUNJAB04), Mr. Reyyan Niaz (YP23-PUNJAB06) would like to invite attention of the Youth Prime Minister towards the negligence of Youth Governmental Bodies in the formulation and presentation of appropriate policies in response to the legislation/motions discussed earlier in Youth Parliament's Sessions.

"This House is of the opinion that Government of Pakistan must re-visit the Qisas and Diyat Ordinance of 1990 and ensure sufficient mechanisms within the law to achieve justice and equality for all as guaranteed in Articles 3, 9 and 25 of the constitution. Furthermore, the Government shall ensure measures to bring justice to the footsteps of the victims and their families."

Mr. Amin Ismaili (YP15-KPK05) would like to move the following resolution:

 
       
   

"This House is of the opinion that Corruption has gained roots in our country because of ineffective accountability, bad governance, absence of rule of law and most importantly lack of will of the political leadership. Unfortunately, Pakistan is 139th corrupt country in the world. Such rampant corruption has hollowed our economy and is pushing our nation to a dead end. The Government of Pakistan must take stringent measures to eradicate corruption in Pakistan."

Mr. Raja M Hassan Khan (YP28- PUNJAB11), Mr. Saqlain Saleem (YP20-PUNJAB03) would like to move the following resolution:

 
       
   

"This House is of the opinion that the transgendered community in Pakistan should be given certain representation in the National Assembly of Pakistan according to calculated measures, so that they can actively participate in legislation and protect the interests of their community."

"This house is of the opinion that Higher Education Commission should strengthen the scrutiny process of Ph.D. scholars before allotting scholarships."

"This House is of the opinion that the Government of Pakistan should revisit its trade policy, which is based on exporting raw material and importing value-added goods, and devise a sustainable one which favors Pakistan's indigenous industries while generating youth employment and relieves our foreign policy from external dictation."

"This House believes that moral reasons afforded to ban mobile packages set the wrong precedent of MORAL POLICING. It is an unnecessary Government intervention in public domain with strong repercussion for the foreign investment culture in Pakistan."

"This House is of the opinion that the recent incident of capturing of alleged al-Qaeda member from the Punjab University Hostel No.1 had shocked the nation. Therefore Government should take action against such alarming issue and shall bring all those to court who found involved for sheltering the alleged al-Qaeda member in University Hostel and make ensure that educational institutions should be from these kinds of elements."

Ms. Hira Mumtaz (YP41-PUNJAB24), Mr. Amin Ismaili (YP15-KPK05) would like to move the following resolution:

 
       
   

"This House is of the opinion that Pakistan should pursue a full-blown trade relaxation agreement with India. Clearing away obstacles such as elaborate customs procedures, difficult visa regimes and restrictions on foreign investment could boost trade to billions a year. It would further help foster growth in the two countries whose lack of openness to each other hinders economic advancement."

"This House is of the opinion that the Government of Pakistan should take controlled measures to save the country's forest industry, in light of the recent increase in deforestation argely in the Northern Areas, reducing the land currently occupied by forests in Pakistan to be an approximate of 2.5%, declaring this to be the highest annual deforestation rate in Asia according to the World Wide Fund for Nature."

Mr. Inam Ullah Marwat (YP14-KP04) would like to invite the attention of the Honorable Youth Prime Minister towards a grave negligence being observed in appointment of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman which has been lying vacant for a couple of months. Political parties in Pakistan need to resolve this urgent matter at its earliest.

"This House is of the opinion that there is a need to re-develop the Pakistani entertainment industry. This industry, which represents our socio-cultural values, has lost its originality, good content and audience. Hence, we request the Government of Pakistan to financially and technically assist the entertainment industry for its quality and content enhancement."

"This House is of the opinion that public elementary schools shall be established in prisons to educate the children of imprisoned women until the age of six when they have to stay with their mothers. Further, after the age of six, when they have to leave the prison, there must be a proper mechanism for their legal adoption or sent to a state owned institution where they are looked after and schooled."
