Second Session
(24-04-2013)

Mr. Muhammad Kashif Khan Khichi (YP39-PUNJAB22) and Mr. Inam Marwat (YP14-KPK04) invite the attention of Honorable Youth Minister for interior, Kashmir Affairs, Gilgitbaltistan and FATA towards the alarming terrorist’s deadly attacks against politicians during election campaign in order to undermine the democratic system in Pakistan. Moreover it is need of the hour to ensure adequate security measures for political workers and Election 2013 keeping in view TTP threat to disrupt democratic system.

Second Session
(25-04-2013)

Mr. Mateeullah Tareen (YP04-Balochistan03), Mr. Hazrat Wali Kakar (YP02-Balochistan), Mr. Rafiullah Kakar (YP06-Balochistan), Mr. Usman Jilani (YP13-KP03), Mr. Inam Ullah Marwat (YP14-KP04) and Ms. Sharmeen Qamar (YP43-PUNJAB26) would like to move the following resolution: “This House is of the opinion that immediate step shall be taken for the repatriation of Afghan refugees. The Residential and Proof of Registration cards issued to Afghan refugees had expired on 31 December, 2012. As decided by Tripartite Commission (2 delegates each from each from Afghan, Pakistan and UNHCR) the refugees repatriation should have started by the end of 2012 but this did not happen. Refugee camps have become safe havens for the terrorist and banned outfits. These camps are producing man power for the TPP and outlawed organizations. Moreover, they are burden on the limited health, education, water and sanitation facilities of the host community. Therefore, government shall take steps for the removal of Afghan refugee camps and their immediate repatriation.”

Third Session
(07-07-2013)

b>Mr. Inam Ullah Marwat (YP14-KP04) and Mr. Syed Faiz Ali (YP30-PUNJAB13) would like to move following resolution: This House is of the opinion that the incumbent civilian government should work for the betterment of the masses rather wasting time on cases that has nothing to do with the welfare of the public. Energy crisis, corruption, and terrorism are main areas of concern rather the trial of dictators. The pursuance of cases based solely on personnel vengeance is utter injustice in part of the government and abuse of the heavy mandate that the public has entrusted the incumbent government with. Digging past will land Pakistan in a clash of institutions with grave consequences for the budding democracy. The civilian government should try to mark full stop to unconstitutional takeovers through their performance and efforts to serve the public and to facilitate them. It’s the backwardness and lack of economic opportunities that make the general masses welcome the generals and all other undemocratic forces to the corridors of power.”

Mr. Inam Ullah Marwat (YP14-KP04) and Syed Faiz Ali (YP30-PUNJAB13), would like to move following resolution: “This House believes the cold blooded murder of foreigners at Nanga Parbat base camp is a sheer inhumane act and it has vanished the prospects of tourism in Pakistan for at least next 10 years this devastating the livelihood of locals. This house condemns the killings and extends its sympathies with the families of the victims.  Tourism is the main source of income for hundreds of families across Gilgit Baltistan and now those families are left stranded in wilderness with no alternative source of income. Tourism has a lot to do with the soft image of Pakistan and while Pakistan is crippled with terrorism and radical thoughts the mountains of Gilgit Baltistan were projecting the soft image of Pakistan while attracting thousands of mountaineers from across the globe.  It is high time that government should bring the perpetrators to the courts and give them exemplary punishment. Moreover, government should device a separate task force to enhance the security of tourists and to facilitate them with every possible facility.”

Fourth Session
(30-08-2013)

Mr. Rafiullah Kakar (YP06-BALOCHISTAN05), Mr. Inam Ullah Marwat (YP14-KP04), Mr. Mateeullah Tareen (YP04-BALOCHISTAN03) and Mr. Hazrat Wali Kakar (YP02-BALOCHISTAN01) would like to move the following resolution: “This House unequivocally condemns the continuation of the barbarous “Dump and Kill” policy by the military establishment in Balochistan. Since the new nationalist-led government has assumed office, the body count of Baloch missing persons has been on rise, which reveals not only the ignominious indifference of the security establishment to the post-election realities but also their blatant disregard of the rightful authority of civilian government. If the establishment persists with such strategies, it is likely to accentuate further the crisis of national integration
