Born on May 21, 1992. Akrameen is currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Political Science at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. She is keen to study Foreign Policy and Diplomacy which she aims to seek a future in. She has been an active part of MUNs and Youth Leadership throughout her student life and representing her institutions at various competitions. She has won various awards in International and Regional events such as Pakistan Young Leaders Conference and LUMUN. She has also chaired and helped chair various committees at Model United Nations. She was the Deputy President of the Youth Leadership Initiative Society at Lahore Grammar School Defence where she did her A’ Level. Her interests include International Relations, Peace Studies and Nuclear Non-Proliferation.

Politically, Akrameen Irfan is affiliated with Blue Party and is member of Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence and former Youth Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defence from February 27, 2013 to July 04, 2013
