Shafqat Ali born on October 29, 1985 and hails from district Pakpattan, Punjab. He got his early education from Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Qaboola tehsil Arifwal district Pakpattan and completed his Intermediate in 2003. He completed his Diploma in Computer Operator/Office Assistant from Vocational Training Institute, Arifwala. In 2006 he completed his Graduation from Bahauddin Zakria University, Multan. At present he is working as a Computer Operator in BS-12 in the Secretariat Board of Revenue Punjab, Lahore. |
