Born on October 4, 1991. Muhammad Mubeen Ahsan is enrolled in Bachelors in Economics and Finance at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. He has shown outstanding results in academic and extra-curricular activities pertaining to life of a student. He has worked in different economic forums including Monetary Policy of Pakistan and is currently working on the recent demutualization of Pakistan Stock Market’s impact on the economy. Moreover, he is an elected member of Student Council at LUMS. He holds the honour of being the only student representative in the Disciplinary Committee at LUMS. In providing services to People of Pakistan, he has led a team in the Flood Relief drive to collect funds for the flood affected people. Furthermore, he is a certified RESCUE 1122 first aid responder and has conducted training sessions at different institutions including LUMS with the Punjab Rescue Team. He is an active sportsman and has represented LUMS at various National and International Rugby tournaments. His areas of interest include budgetary and tax reforms to bring Pakistan out of its current economic crisis and he has also presented his research papers on several National forums. |
