Born on September 30, 1989. Rao Sajjad Amjad hails from Khanpur district Rahim Yar Khan, Southern Punjab. He has recently completed his Mechatronics & Control Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore. He is an enthusiastic debater and is serving as the executive member of the UET Debating Society and has successfully represented UET in both Declamation and Parliamentary-style debates. He has won many prizes in debates and declamation contests. He was elected as the General Secretary of Mechatronics & Control Society at UET, Lahore. He was the organizing Head of sports Committee. Currently he is member of Khanpur Association of Professionals (KASP).

Politically, Rao Sajjad Amjad is affiliated with Blue Party and is working as Secretary General (Blue Party) and is member of Youth Parliament Standing Committee on Information
